When you get the call to name a wine and design the label and packaging and by the way, it’s a top flight, brand new Duckhorn brand, well you figure you’ve died and gone to Designers’ Heaven. The chance to help brand Canvasback, the very first Washington Cabernet Sauvignon for this storied vintner out of Napa was a dream come true. Then we had one of those recurring dreams when they tapped us to redesign packaging for two of their most popular legacy brands, Goldeneye and Migration.
