Holman Cellars

Holman Cellars is a family-run micro-winery in Napa that we have been fortunate enough to have worked with on multiple projects, starting with a naming and label design project for their flagship Uncharted brand—celebrating great wine, tall ships and intrepid explorers. Recently, we were asked to create a label design for their unique sparkling wine—a Petillant Naturel. The brief was to make the label unlike traditional sparkling wines—to shake it up—try something new, but keep a reference to the Uncharted family. We hand painted water ripples in colors of sea glass and bronze and rendered and handwritten version of the Uncharted logo.
